I am so excited about the 2023 East Coast Men’s Conference! Last year, more than 1,000 men, from 129 different churches, gathered in one location and were challenged to Advance the Mission in our homes, churches, and communities. This year will be even bigger as we gather once again.
Two fundamentals have historically defined this conference: The centrality of the Word of God in preaching and the exaltation of the God of the Word in worship! True to these fundamentals, our theme this year is Next Man Up…as we will be challenged to raise up the men behind us to carry the mission further and faster than ever before. Because Jesus is infinitely more concerned with succession than success, we are asking the questions:
Who is shaping you?
Who are you preparing to take your place?
Our time together will prove to be challenging and encouraging as we seek to answer these questions together. Englewood’s own Worship Team, under the leadership of Pastor Skyler Ortega, will lead us to exalt Christ in worship.
This year’s lineup of preachers is one of the strongest ever. Each one is a proven leader and disciple-maker. Also, back by popular demand, is the Senior Pastor’s Gathering following the final Friday Night Session. Men, encourage your senior pastor to be a part of this special time of sharpening and encouraging with our speaker lineup. Additionally, this year we are making a small modification to our schedule as we are providing a Friday Night Dinner that you won’t want to miss. This will allow you and your team to get in and grab a hearty meal together and be ready to kick off at 6:45PM sharp! Saturday, we will have you out by lunch so you can get on the road sooner!
